| Been a hell of a year round here. Berta be
all agitated and stuff. Cliff and them quit doing the
Girlwatcher in September and Berta was wondering if it ever be
back or not. Now here it is New Years morning and Berta ain't
feeling too fine and he call say, "Girlwatcher going up there in
two hours, write something." Berta watching SVU and that dude
with no neck done f**ked ever thing up again and Berta gotta
quit watching and type all this crap. Since ain't been no Watcher in the past couple of months, Berta been watching politics with Cliff. Berta think it kinda funny to watch all them city council and county commissioners meetings and such. They sit up there in a long line and scheme and bribe to get businesses to come to the area and then figure out how to screw them over. Dell computers came here, took the bribes, built the factory, felt the lubricant, give back the bribes and got the hell out of here. The Three Stooges ain't no funnier than this bunch and Berta love them Stooges. Berta went her favorite world famous restaurant last night and when she leaving she had to drive over six miles out of the way going home cause they so much traffic she can't make a left turn leaving McDonalds. But all they want to talk about in them meetings is how to raise taxes and bribe more businesses to relocate here. Berta's advice to any company that gets invited here is RUN. Run like the wind, run fast, run far! They figured out how to take millions of dollars in bond money that the people voted on to fix up the public swimming holes (cement ponds) in the city. Then they gonna use the money to build some kind of "aquatic center" at the coliseum cause that will bring in more people and more traffic to the city. Got to borrow more millions to do it but that okay cause they gonna take the motel and restaurant tax to pay for it. Say it won't raise taxes on the citizens so I guess that means they gonna ask at the restaurant if you from out of town or local. Berta want to know where the idea that growth is always good comes from. And she REALLY wants to know where the idea that ANY growth in government can ever be a good thing. Kay Berta going to go watch old Stabler try to figure out the mess he in and giggle bout how his neck is the same size as his head. Boy look a little like a turtle to me.
